Customer Service Representative
Brief Description
This role is centered on interacting with customers in a positive, professional, and productive way in response to inquiries regarding services. Collaborating with project managers is key.
General Tasks
- Answering inbound calls and emails; confer with customers to determine whether project manager needs more information in order to schedule a service call or estimate
- Create customers/jobs, work orders and schedule appointments
- Add jobs to calendar and notify crew members of their assignments
- Communicate with project managers
Skills and Experience You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typing skills
- Computer and technological literacy (ie: Microsoft Excel/Windows knowledge)
- QuickBooks preferred
- Resume required
Bonus Points if You Have
- Associate’s Degree preferred, but experience is considered
- Knowledge of POWTS/Plumbing Design a plus, but not necessary
- QuickBooks software a plus, but not necessary

- Ability to obtain accurate customer information and input in customer database
